Mistaken mastectomies probe widens

Note: The surgeries performed by the surgeon were not based on inaccurate pathology reports. However, a pathologist at the Windsor Essex Pathology Associates was suspended Jan. 4, 2010 and reported to the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario. More information to fill in the gaps are likely to follow.
